diabetes5Week draws to a close, but we want something original and special. Quite simply, on Friday we will eat scrambled eggs with meat, salad of pickled cabbage and cucumber soup with assorted vegetables and meat in an envelope with vegetables, fruit compote of fresh fruit and fish and potatoes.

Omelette “yummy” with boiled meat.

Ingredients:

Eggs – 2 pcs

Meat – 80 g

Butter – 10 g

Green – 5 g green

Cooking: Eggs are broken and add milk, salt the, boil the meat and cut into small cubes, mix with eggs and milk, pour the mix to the omelet in a pan and fry in boiling oil. Serve with greens, finely chopped.

A simple salad of cucumbers and sauerkraut.

Ingredients:

Cabbage – 200 g.

Pickled cucumber – 1 pc

Onions – 15-20 g

Vegetable oil – 15 g

Cooking: Rinse sauerkraut, rinsed in cold boiled water, wring out moisture. Sauerkraut washed in boiled water, wring out. Pickled cucumber salad to prepare for, cored, cut, and then shred onions. Stir and mix with oil, bon appetit.

Soup “excellent” from assorted vegetables in meat broth.

Ingredients:

Oil – 5 g

Wheat flour – 5 g

Sour cream – 15 g

Cabbage – 100 g

Potato – 70 g

Green Peas – 35 g

Cooking: Using the classic recipe to cook our meal, vegetable broth should replace the secondary meat broth and add dressing, which is made from flour and broth.

Roasted meat in an envelope, with squash and braised cabbage.

Ingredients:

Meat – 130 g

Cabbage – 150 g

Squash – 110 g

Milk – 50 g

Butter – 20 g

Green – 5-7 g

Onion – 25 g

Cooking: Prepare the fish fillets, cut into medium-sized and boil in salted water, then add the onions and carrots. Peel the potatoes to peel, slice them thinly and fry in boiling oil, bring to the table dressed with melted vegetable oil and chopped herbs.
