Week of proper nutrition for patients with diabetes and obesity – Monday

Monday.

Boiled cold meat with pickles and ham.

Ingredients:

meat – 100 g

ham – 1950

Cucumber – 1 pc

greens – 7 g

Cooking: Boil the meat, cut into medium slices, then add low-fat ham, fresh green cucumber thinly. All this is put on a plate, add the greens.

Scrambled eggs with beans.

Ingredients:

Eggs – 2 pcs

Butter – 20 g

Beans – 200 g

Cooking: Eggs are washed and divided into very heated pan, add oil in advance, salt. Beans reheat and serve with scrambled eggs.

Vegetable soup in the secondary stock.

Ingredients:

Potatoes and cabbage – 25 g

Fresh tomatoes – 15 g

Squash – 20 g

Carrot – 20 g

Green Peas – 15 g

Sour cream – 20 g

Butter – 10 g

Green – 3 g

Cooking: Wash and clean the carrots, shred and fry in oil under a sealed lid, add vegetables, peas, potatoes cut into cubes, then shift to the pot with vegetable broth, lower the heat and continue to cook under the lid on low heat. Before serving – add sour cream and chopped greens.

Boiled meat with steamed beets.

Ingredients:

Meat – 120 g

Beetroot – 1 piece (medium size)

Butter – 10 g

Sour cream – 40 g

Wheat – 7 g

Green – 5 g

Cooking: Boil the meat, then pour the broth. Fresh beet slice and pour some water with vinegar, leave stew. Cooked meat and the beets put in a pan, add cream sauce and broth that remained after quenching beets extinguish until done. Serve with finely chopped greens.

Lemon jelly with xylitol.

Ingredients:

Lemon – ½ pc

Kslilit – 15 g

Water – ½ cup

Gelatin – 3 g

Cooking: Boil water, add lemon zest, to insist the mixture for 15 minutes, drain. Soak in cold boiled water, gelatin, stir and dissolve until a homogeneous mass, the liquid boil. In the broth to pour gelatin, then add natural lemon juice with Xylitol, bring to a boil. The resulting product is poured on the forms and cool.

Boiled fish in milk sauce with zucchini.

Ingredients:

Fish fillet – 150 g

Squash – 200 g

Milk – ½ cup

Butter – 10 g

Flour – 5 g

Egg – ½

Green – 3 g

Cooking: Fish fillet cut into small cubes and boil in salted water. Dry a little flour, dilute with milk and boil. Cook hard-boiled egg, then finely chop, peel squash, zucchini extinguished in the milk, add the fish and pour milk sauce. Before serving, sprinkle the dish to the table a cut egg, add the greens.
