Ingredients:

Potato – 50 g

Beetroot – 75 g

Cucumbers – 75 g

Apples – 75 g

Carrot – 35 g

Onion – 20 g

Vegetable oil (sour cream or mayonnaise) – 10 g

Cooking: Boil separately beets, potatoes and carrots, cool and remove skin, chop finely. Clear apples, onions and pickles, finely chop. Mix all ingredients and fill with oil (or other flavor).

Boiled meat with green peas.

Ingredients:

Meat – 100 g

Peas (with shading) – 150 g

Cooking: Cut the meat chunks and boil until half, pour the broth and pour over the meat juice from canned green peas, left to simmer until done, cool. Cooked meat put on a plate, add the peas and juice, obtained by cooking, bon appetit.

Coffee with milk.

Ingredients:

Organic coffee – 7 g
